CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an item you have ordered, please let us know ASAP. Please note that sending an email does not cancel your order until we have confirmed it. Items that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. 

StatementGrey reserves the right to cancel orders at anytime for any reasons.

 

RETURNS

I bought the wrong ring size, can I exchange it?

We would be happy to exchange the ring size for you! (as long as we still make the ring ;) ) Just shoot us an email at StatementGrey.Etsy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll give you directions on how to proceed. Shipping cost and return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we would be happy to credit back to you or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Items not in original new condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

* Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost associated with sending your refund back will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Can I return an item bought from a store location?

At this time, we are not able to offer refund or exchanges for items bought from a store front location.

 

I received a broken item, what do I do?

We do hand make and hand check each piece of jewelry with love and care.  If you do receive a defected item shoot us an email at StatementGrey.etsy@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item with a photo and we will do our best to resolve the situation on a case by case basis. 

 

The piece broke while I was wearing it, what do I do? 

We do hand make and hand check each piece of jewelry with love and care.  If the item does break, we would be happy to repair the item for you, just shoot us an email with a photo so we can send you a repair quote. Repair fees and shipping costs would be of the responsibility of the customer.
